A reputable specialty solutions company in Barrington is seeking a talented Sales Account Manager to manage an existing book of business while developing strong relationships to increase sales within existing accounts. This position reports to the Senior Director of Client Accounts. This is a full-time salaried office-based position with a compensation range of $55,000-$65,000 per year plus commission. The successful candidate will receive a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, paid time off, 401(k) and annual bonus potential.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day interaction with clientsEstablish rapport, trust, and maintain strong relationships with clients Prepare presentations and proposalsRegularly track established KPIs and present to customersAnalyze customer data to identify opportunities for organic growthManage new client implementation

Requirements:

2+ years of experience working in B2B inside sales/account managementFour-years college degree (preferred, not required)Must be an exceptional communicatorSuccessful candidates will have a basic understanding of regulated environmentsProficient in Office programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong ability to increase company's pipeline through penetrating existing accountsMotivated self-starter who can work with little supervision
