Responsibilities:
Builds and maintains effective long term relationships with a defined customer base to ensure a high level of satisfaction and increase revenues. Create leads, identify opportunities to execute new sales. For those contracted customers identify value creation projects that support sustainable long term agreements. Ability to create and execute strategic account plans by understanding the needs and customer strategies. Develop strong relationship with distributors in different countries in LA and monitor their performance in yearly basis.
Critical Skills needed for this position:
10 – 15 years experienced in sales (Chemicals)Spanish, English (oral and written) Experience in negotiation of complex agreements which involves price and volume.Manage key financial indicatorsAnalyticsExcel, PowerPoint and WordPosition requires travel in Mexico, Colombia and the Caribbean regionAt Chemours, you will find sustainability in our vision, our business and your future.
