Bruker BioSpin Group (BBIO) is the market leader in the delivery of many solutions based on magnetic resonance spectroscopy techniques including NMR, EPR and preclinical magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and other modalities (duct/PET/SPECT/CT). We are looking for Sales position to grow our business in China with our challenging goals and objectives.
Responsibilities Present and sell BBIO products and services to current and potential clients in respective regions.Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made, Meet the quarterly and yearly target on the agreed budget plan Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.Consistently and accurately update and record activities in our CRM, Salesforce, with regular activity reports for each opportunity to manage and forecast our business Analyze, prospect and grow the BBIO sales funnel in the right market mix, aligned with the overall BBIO strategy Establish, develop and nurture the win-win relationships with both existing and new customers Be proactive to keep the highest level of customer satisfaction as measured by our regular customers surveys to understand our NPS (net promoter score) as well as other KPI’s focused on customer satisfaction Support business operation team, service engineers and application specialists to complete the delivery, acceptance and payment procedures.Actively be part of our specific marketing activities such as roadshow, conference and workshop Qualifications Master’s degree or above in Chemistry, Biology, Instrument Analysis, or similar discipline. A minimum of 5 years sales experience at Academy & Government market, Having 2~3 years NMR relevant experience is preferredAcknowledgement and understanding of both function and application of NMR/EPR technologies, Familiar with Bruker made NMR/EPR spectrometers and related accessories is add up but not essentialFamiliar with Microsoft Office Products, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
