Sales Account Manager, Amazon Ads

Sales Account Managers are responsible for building and growing relationships with advertisers and agencies, driving revenue growth, and delivering consultative solutions across Amazon’s advertising suite. You will partner with clients to develop full-funnel strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion) across Video, Display, and DSP, respond to agency briefs, and build media plans across Amazon Canvas.

This is a sales role with strong account management and planning components: you’ll own a portfolio of clients, deliver proactive recommendations, and unlock new opportunities by showing how Amazon’s ad solutions connect the customer journey across full funnel. The role requires someone commercially minded, operationally strong, and comfortable navigating screens strategies, digital platforms and programmatic environments.

As Account Manager, you will:
- Become an expert on Amazon canvas, understand our advertisers needs and consult them with insights and recommendations to achieve business growth
- Respond to client and agency briefs with compelling, insight-driven media proposals that integrate Video, Display, and DSP
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, consulting on cross-screen strategies that drive measurable brand and business outcomes
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and internal teams to support advertiser success and influence future innovation
- Maintain operational excellence in campaign execution, reporting, and administrative workflows to ensure flawless delivery

Basic Qualifications
• 3–5 years in digital media sales/account management
• Proven screens experience (Video/CTV/BVOD/OTT)
• Digital platforms and DSP proficiency, including programmatic campaign knowledge
• Demonstrated operational and administrative excellence, including campaign setup, reporting, and process management
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior clients
• Analytical ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable client insights
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
