YOUR MISSION
You will be part of the Glovo Brands Ads team, which provides a suite of services designed to help some of the World’s top CPG brands and media agencies to grow their reach, engagement and sales within Glovo audience.
THE JOURNEY
Own the relationship with 5/10 Top CPG brands. Understand need of accounts, identify specific needs, proactively create offer, pitch and execute plans Draft Joint Business and media Plans (growth strategy, assortment optimisation and marketing investment) and Coordinate the execution. Partner internally with key business areas (Qcommerce, Food, Legal, CRM…) to help brands to grow their business. Regularly audit and report key business metrics to brands, continually analyze the progress and make sure targets are reached and new opportunities are identified across verticals. Define and pursue the long-term strategy for accounts through adv assets and assure new assets adoption in accordance with HQ guidelines Become an expert of the brand and of the Agencies assigned. Able to create a pipeline and communications/proposals for top seasonality Build success stories which will help roll-out the partnerships strategy across categories and countries Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
4+ years of professional experience in FMCG, media agencies or other online players Good Analytical skills and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges Understanding of paid, owned and earned media channels, being comfortable tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs Excellent communication skills, both oral and verbal, in English and local language You're persuasive in the most pleasant possible way and have no trouble selling anything that brings value to Customers/Partners and the Glovo platform You're extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented with a hands-on spirit An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude across the business and the industryIndividuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
