Your Impact

As a Sales Acceleration Executive, you will build, launch, and incubate sales programs that drive revenue growth for Cisco's Compute and Data Center Networking portfolios. The ideal candidate is is a strategic and proactive thinker who can take in a variety of inputs - from high-level business goals to on-the-ground feedback — and distill them into clear, actionable programs. They are skilled at:

                  •               Syntheses and Clarity: Don't just take direction; they clarify it. Faced with multiple ideas, conflicting priorities, and evolving suggestions, they know how to net out what is essential. They can filter signal from noise.

                  •               Strategic Prioritization: They understand the broader sales strategy and use that context to prioritize initiatives. They're comfortable pushing back when needed and can diplomatically guide stakeholders towards the highest-impact actions.

                  •               Execution with Alignment: Once aligned on direction, they can translate abstract ideas into structured plans, aligning cross-functional teams and ensuring nothing gets lost in translation.

                  •               Strong Communication & Influence: They can listen well, ask the right questions, and summarize input in a way that brings clarity to ambiguity. They're a natural bridge between leadership vision and frontline execution

                  •               Business Acumen: They grasp how different functions (sales, marketing, operations) intersect and design programs that are not just creative, but also practical and scalable.

Minimum Qualifications

                  •               7 years of technology-related sales or account management experience

                  •               Proven success in building and incubating sales programs that drive revenue growth and enhance sales efficiency

                  •               Skilled in applying opportunity qualification methodologies (MEDDIC preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

                  •               Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus

                  •               Strong executive communication skills: verbal, visual, and written

                  •               Proficiency in Cisco's Compute and Data Center Networking portfolio

                  •               Proficient in time management and project management, effectively prioritizing tasks and managing multiple sales initiatives to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals

                  •               Demonstrated capability in managing sales programs across diverse international markets

                  •               Proven ability to collaborate with channel partners to drive sales initiatives, enhance program effectiveness, and expand market reach

                  •               Successful track record of growing revenue for new innovative technology-based solutions
