Safety Manager – Data Center Construction Location: Upper Midwest (Remote Sites) Employment Type: Full-Time Project Overview This large-scale data center development includes multiple 1-million-square-foot buildings, each supporting 150 MW of capacity. The project involves: + Deep foundation systems and insulated precast structures + High-volume site work and multi-trade coordination + Winter construction with ground-thaw strategies and temp enclosures + Safety oversight across multiple subcontractors and trades + Weekly safety stand-downs and compliance with evolving site conditions Role Overview Lead safety efforts on a high-speed, high-impact data center project. You’ll implement protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance across all trades and site activities. Responsibilities + Oversee site safety and coordinate with trade safety supervisors + Conduct inspections, audits, and safety meetings + Manage incident reporting and corrective actions + Ensure compliance with OSHA and project-specific standards + Promote a proactive safety culture across all teams Qualifications + 5+ years of safety management experience in construction + OSHA 30 certification required; CHST or CSP preferred + Strong communication and leadership skills + Experience with large crews and multi-contractor environments + Willingness to work a 6-day schedule and travel between sites Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
