One of Insight Global's top clients is looking for a dedicated and experienced Safety Specialist to join their team to a project on the Golden Gate Bridge. This crucial role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of team members as they work to restore and rebuild the affected areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Walks: Monitor the compliance of all workers to Cal-OSHA safety standards
Orientation: Conduct safety presentations to workforce along side the project Superintendent
Incident Reporting: Accurately document and report any incidents, near-misses, or safety concerns, ensuring timely and thorough completion of incident reports.
Safety Inspections: Perform regular safety inspections and audits of worksites, equipment, and practices to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with all team members, contractors, and stakeholders regarding safety-related issues and updates.
