Project OverviewThis large-scale data center development includes multiple 1-million-square-foot buildings, each supporting 150 MW of capacity. The project involves:
Deep foundation systems and insulated precast structuresHigh-volume site work and multi-trade coordinationWinter construction with ground-thaw strategies and temp enclosuresSafety oversight across multiple subcontractors and tradesWeekly safety stand-downs and compliance with evolving site conditionsRole OverviewLead safety efforts on a high-speed, high-impact data center project. You’ll implement protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance across all trades and site activities.
ResponsibilitiesOversee site safety and coordinate with trade safety supervisorsConduct inspections, audits, and safety meetingsManage incident reporting and corrective actionsEnsure compliance with OSHA and project-specific standardsPromote a proactive safety culture across all teamsQualifications5+ years of safety management experience in constructionOSHA 30 certification required; CHST or CSP preferredStrong communication and leadership skillsExperience with large crews and multi-contractor environmentsWillingness to work a 6-day schedule and travel between sitesPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
