Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and proceduresDevelop and execute health and safety plansConduct regular audits and inspectionsTrain and educate employees on quality and safety standardsInvestigate incidents and accidentsQuality check on steel erection and crane installs

Work Experience

The preferred candidate might:

Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and safety regulationsExperience in conducting audits and inspectionsExperience in training and developing employeesKnowledge of risk assessment and hazard identificationStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience in the construction or industrial environmentExperience with ironworker or equipment installation
