**Job title** : **_Safety Officer_** + _Location: Milan, Italy_ ​ **_About the job_** The Safety Officer supports the Italian/Malta Country Safety Head in ensuring local Pharmacovigilance (PV) activities comply with applicable regulations and quality standards, promoting the safe and appropriate use of Sanofi products.
