As a Safety Manager, you will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of safety programs at our McConnellsburg plant. Leading a small support team, you will drive a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and minimize workplace risks to create a safe and efficient work environment.
**YOUR IMPACT**
+ Provide direction and guidance on the implementation and maintenance of all health and safety programs.
+ Conduct safety assessments on manufacturing equipment.
+ Analyze safety trends and implement corrective actions.
+ Lead incident reviews with supervisors and management.
+ Participate in tool run-off meetings and safety analyses for production lines.
+ Assist management in developing, implementing, and enforcing safety programs.
+ Evaluate risks and establish guidelines for roles, training, performance metrics, and incentives within the safety management system.
+ Ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and local health and safety regulations.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Safety Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
+ 5-plusyears safety management experience
**STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Safety Experience in manufacturing environment
+ ASP or Certified Safety Professional (CSP)certification.
+ Strong knowledge ofOSHA regulations, risk assessment, and hazard analysis.
+ Proven ability tolead safety audits, inspections, and investigations.
+ Experience inincident root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
+ Ability to collaborate across departments to integratesafety into daily operations.
+ Exhibit strong leadership, development and project management skills
**WORKING CONDITIONS**

+ This position is based in a manufacturing or production environment and may involve exposure to loud noise, dust, moving machinery, or temperature fluctuations.
+ The role may require standing for extended periods, repetitive motions, lifting items up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, climbing, or using tools and equipment.
+ Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn when required.
+ Visual and auditory acuity are needed for safe equipment operation and effective communication in a busy workspace.

**Pay Range:**
$82,000.00 - $132,800.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
