What will you actually be doing as a Safety and Human Resources Admin”?
As a Safety and Human Resources Admin in Vista, Ca you will play crucial role within HR assisting with executing the organization comprehensive risk and safety strategy. You will offer professional safety training, incident and accident investigation, OSHA regulatory and other compliance processes.
Primary responsibilities include:
+ Coordinate and maintain the organization's safety program, including training, audits, inspections, and safety meetings.
+ Deliver safety-related training during new employee orientations and throughout employment.
+ Manage records related to employee training, performance, safety compliance, and incident reports.
+ Investigate safety incidents, identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and collaborate with management and insurance providers.
+ Maintain safety supplies, first aid kits, and oversee fleet compliance.
+ Support emergency response planning, including drills and emergency communication protocols.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
+ Support HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, leave programs (ADA, FMLA, Workers’ Comp), and regulatory compliance.
+ Collaborate with HR and Safety teams to address employment issues and ensure legal compliance across all workplace practices.

Do you have what it takes to work for Adecco? If you meet the qualifications below, the answer is YES!
+ OSHA certification (General Industry or Construction) preferred.
+ 2+ years of HR and/or 2–5 years of safety experience, including employee training.
+ Strong knowledge of OSHA, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and related employment regulations.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
+ Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage sensitive information with discretion.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to navigate complex situations with professionalism.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
