Assess crashworthiness performance for high speed crash test modes by means of CAE tools and physical tests. Perform post-crash test analysis to identify issue root cause and enhance CAE correlation. Interpret CAE/test results and produce concise summaries to be communicated to D&R engineers and Management. Develop component and subsystem level test methodologies to validate designs in preparation for crash testing. Support design progression with multi-disciplinary engineering teams. Drive design changes to ensure Crash Safety compliance. Perform optimization studies by means of CAE tools and 6-Sigma Methodology. Support and lead technical meetings with relevant stakeholders. Document lessons learned. Participate in global Crash Safety forums.
