Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Safety Admin to join our team. As the Safety Admin, you will play a vital role in supporting the safety department with maintaining records and facilitating safety trainings. This position can report out of our Heber or Provo office.
What You'll Do Maintain all corporate safety data and communicates safety messages across companyAdminister customer safety data reporting systems (ISN, Avetta, etc)Enter and maintain employee training data, including developing weekly, monthly, annual training reportsMaintain safety observation data and produces weekly, monthly, annual scheduled reportingMaintain safety program document library and communicate safety messages across companyCoordinate and maintain company AED devicesFacilitate safety trainings as requiredFacilitate new hire onboardingAll other duties as assigned What You'll Bring High school graduate and/or GED equivalent required3 years related experience (ideally within utility construction preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and experience with web-based tracking softwareBilingual (Preferred)CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of employmentOSHA 10 certification or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of employmentHighly motivatedHigh level of integrityHigh level of initiativeFollows instructionsAbility to work with little to no direct supervisionAble to collaborate with colleaguesAble to work alone or as a teamMust pass mandatory drug and alcohol screening(s) What You'll GetBenefits: We offer an extremely competitive and comprehensive benefits package including:
