Safety and Training Coordinator Job Details Job Location Wareham MA Office - West Wareham, MA Position Type Full Time Salary Range $22.00 - $25.00 Hourly Travel Percentage Local - Based within Territory Job Shift Day Job Category Installation / Construction Description As aSafety & Training Coordinatorwith Trinity Solar, you’ll play a hands-on role in protecting our team members and ensuring safe job sites. You’ll lead trainings, conduct site visits and partner with field teams to foster a strong culture of safety and teamwork. This is a great opportunity for those looking to break into the renewable/construction space. Roles & Responsibilities + Conduct daily safety observations on job sites to ensure team members are protected (PPE) and working safely. + Communicate with employees, field supervisors on any safety concerns on the jobsite + Lead monthly safety meetings and weekly warehouse audits to strengthen our culture and safety + Investigate all incidents and accidents and complete OSHA 301 injury reports, injury investigation/witness reports and refresher training as required + Travel occasionally to support field teams and conduct safety inspections across locations + Train all new field hires in the proper use of fall protection and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). + Assist in addressing emergencies at job sites including, but not limited, to personal injuries and or damages, including contacting relevant emergency personnel. Qualifications & Experience + 1-2 years demonstrated supervisory experience, preferably in construction safety,OSHA 10 certification required, OSHA 30 preferred. + Strong communication and leadership skills to lead by example through a positive, professional demeanor. + Strong interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
