We are looking for an experienced safety professional to join our team on a 12 month contract supporting the Adelaide Airport Upgrade contract. As a Safety Advisor, you will actively support, coach, mentor and provide technical advice to internal stakeholders across one of our upcoming projects. This dynamic role will have a mix exposure to site-based and office with a focus on bringing people together to ensure we achieve our Safety objectives whilst contributing to the innovation of the business.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Certificate 4 Work Health and Safety minimum.Minimum two years experience as a Health and Safety Advisor, ideally within the civil road maintenance, construction or heavy industrial space.Quality / Safety Lead Internal Auditor (desirable).ICAM Lead Incident Investigation (desirable).Experience conducting audits and preparation of corrective actions and reports.Undertaken high level incident investigations.Ability to positively influence change and communicate effectively with multiple types of stakeholders.High level of problem solving with the ability to professionally navigate complex situations.Strong computer and data analysis skills that extend to report collation and presentation.
