Job Summary
The Service, Asset and Configuration Manager (SACM) Lead is responsible for the management, maturity, and overall health of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Asset Management Database (AMDB) in ServiceNow for a global Life Sciences partner. A successful candidate will possess a deep knowledge of IT infrastructure and relational databases. Strong knowledge of IT tools, technologies and processes providing leadership on industry standards.
Ensures compliance with industry regulations and internal client policies in relationship to IT configuration and asset management.Pro-actively works on SACM service improvement initiatives and Service Improvement Plans to improve service quality.Leads, mentors, and develops offshore and third-party resources fostering a knowledgeable and high-performing team dynamic.Manage day to day delivery relationship with global client and partners while providing support to Service Delivery and Lead Operations manager to promote new service propositions.Possesses a thorough understanding of SACM/ITAM processes, IT technology standards and ServiceNow in support of delivery and integration.Responsible for delivering client SACM services and provide data to hold suppliers accountable for SLA performance related to SACMMust to Have Skills
5 Years experience leading Teams (onshore/offshore)Strong Service Now, CMDB/SACM experienceExcellent client facing experienceGood to Have Skills
