The Opportunity:

Wir – Ritter, part of Avantor - suchen eine/n SachbearbeiterIn Produktionsadministration (m/w/d).

Hierbei unterstützen Sie die Produktion in administrativen Belangen und Halten engen Kontakt zur Produktionsleitung. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Organisation von Meetings und Schulungen sowie für die Unterstützung der Produktionsplanung. Bei Bedarf übernehmen Sie auch eigenständig kleinere Projekte im Bereich der Produktionsleitung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Verantwortung für die Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Bereich (5S) Einhaltung gesetzlicher Regelungen (z.B. Arbeitszeit, Gesundheit, Umweltschutz) und betrieblicher Arbeits- und Verfahrensanweisungen sowie ArbeitsschutzvorschriftenUnterstützung und Verwaltung und Bestellung von produktionsrelevanten Materialien (z. B. Arbeitskleidung)Organisation und Planung von Schulungen für Produktionsmitarbeiter (u. a. Arbeitssicherheitstrainings)Planung und Durchführung des Reisemanagements samt KostenkontrolleDokumentenmanagement und Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen und EinarbeitungsplänenAllgemeine administrative Unterstützung (beispielsweise Bestellung von Bürobedarf, etc.)Personaleinsatz- und Urlaubsplanung sowie Führen der Zeitwirtschaft und DokumentationUnterstützung bei der Durchführung von jährlichen Sicherheitsunterweisungen und der Inventur

Das sollten Sie mitbringen:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Produktionshintergrundmehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich betriebliche Verwaltungsprozesse einer Produktion oder einer ähnlichen FunktionKenntnisse im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement, Materialwirtschaft oder Produktionsplanung sind von Vorteil.Proaktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Analyse- und ProblemlösungsfähigkeitenAusgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Organisationstalent (sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Deutschkenntnisse)Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office speziell MS Word und Excel
