Kforce has a client that is seeking a highly technical and experienced Saba Learning System Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Altamonte Springs, FL. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a remote environment and can work independently. You will be responsible for Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, handling high-level tickets via ServiceNow, and building custom reports within the Saba platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for the Saba Learning Management System (LMS)
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues submitted through ServiceNow
* Build and maintain custom reports using Saba's reporting tools
* Utilize and manage custom tools and dimensions within Saba
* Apply and manage prescriptive rules within the LMS
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system integrity and performance
* Maintain documentation of system configurations and support processes
