This role ensures that key users and end users are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully adopt the new system. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and delivering large-scale training programs and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different business units. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and execute a region-wide training strategy aligned with the S4o9 program objectives. + Oversee the creation and delivery of training curricula for key users and end users. + Implement a ‘train the trainer’ approach to enable self-sustaining knowledge transfer within the region. + Ensure training materials are localized and fit for purpose, considering language, business nuances, and user needs. + Partner with business units to design and execute a training schedule that covers all impacted individuals. + Monitor training effectiveness and readiness, reporting on attendance and outcomes. + Collaborate with MDS and SMEs to ensure an effective training environment with usable data. **Qualifications & Experience:** + 5+ years of experience in leading training programs, preferably in a regional or enterprise-wide implementation. + Proven ability to design and deliver training for large-scale system deployments. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences. + Experience in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools (e.g., Workday, Articulate, Captivate). + Ability to work in complex, cross-functional environments with internal and external stakeholders. + System implementation experience preferred. + Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field. Change management certification is a plus.
