This role is part of the Digital Core Program. Support the completion of a future-fit end-to-end vendor lifecycle process design, enabled by core and edge systems for procurement. The Vendor Data and Control SME will bring Mars operational knowledge of the vendor master lifecycle processes as well as Controls for S2P to ensure the enhancement roadmap is delivered per plan.

What would be your key responsibilities?

Actively contribute to the development of the vendor management process design and control, supporting relevant deep dive sessions with different parts of the business.

Participate in global design workshops and previews for vendor management.

Contribute to refining and addressing key design decisions.

Conduct Change impact assessments and provide input to training needs analysis for vendor management and related data.

Support vendor master data documentation activities to ensure alignment with design, control, and quality/completeness.

Identify test cases for vendor master data management.

Support segment deployments of vendor master enhancements and related control changes.

Actively contribute to the country validation preparation, execution, and sign-off to ensure vendor master data meets relevant region/segment needs.

Ensure vendor master process documentation and relevant key design decisions are aligned with country validation outputs.

Understand activity plans and ensure deliverables are on time and within budget.

Highlight blockages/issues in a timely manner, escalating for support where required.

Help identify and build a network of vendor master data and HICX functional experts within Mars.

What are we looking for?

University degree or equivalent experience.

3+ years of professional experience in the Source to Pay processes.

Familiarity with SAP S4 - Master data and Source to Pay Processes.

Detailed understanding of Vendor life cycle process and how it translates in terms of master data management and controls.

Understanding of finance and commercial controls.

Experience working in an international environment with a matrix organization.

Fluent English is a must (Polish is nice to have).
