Stiamo cercando un Chimico per lo Sviluppo Prodotti S&T talentuoso e motivato per partecipare a un progetto cruciale volto allo sviluppo di materiali avanzati e formulazioni per uso industriale e commerciale nell’ambito dei prodotti per Collisioni, Trasporti Commerciali e Rivestimenti Leggeri Industriali.

Come potrai fare la differenza:
• Sviluppare materiali avanzati e formulazioni per uso industriale e commerciale.
• Progettare ed eseguire esperimenti di laboratorio per testare le prestazioni dei materiali di rivestimento.
• Analizzare e interpretare i risultati sperimentali.
• Costruire e condividere conoscenze sui rivestimenti.
• Mantenere e comunicare i risultati attraverso report scritti e orali.
• Garantire la conformità agli standard di qualità regionali UE e nazionali e alle norme di sicurezza.
• Prendere decisioni autonome su problematiche e metodologie, assicurando le risorse necessarie.
• Stabilire e mantenere rapporti professionali con i fornitori di materie prime, aggiornandosi sulle ultime innovazioni di mercato per acquisire informazioni utili allo sviluppo e alla manutenzione dei prodotti.
• Collaborare con fornitori e clienti per migliorare, se necessario, le prestazioni del prodotto finale.
• Cooperare con colleghi e funzioni interne all’azienda e con parti esterne.
• Supportare le forze di vendita di paesi/regioni nello sviluppo di prodotti di valore e nella fornitura di informazioni e risultati di test personalizzati sui sistemi di verniciatura.
Requisiti richiesti:
• Diploma di scuola superiore o laurea in Chimica, Ingegneria Chimica o titolo equivalente.
• Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e in team.
• Approccio proattivo.
• Esperienza comprovata in laboratorio di Ricerca e Sviluppo.
• Capacità di interagire efficacemente con tutti i livelli di vendite, marketing, management e clienti.
• Abilità nel gestire e bilanciare efficacemente più attività contemporaneamente.
• Competenza moderata nella lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
• Buone competenze informatiche (familiarità con Microsoft Office e altri software).

This Opportunity
We're seeking a talented and motivated S&T Product Development Chemist to join a crucial project for developing advanced materials and formulations for industrial and commercial use in the Collision, Commercial Transportation, and Light Industrial Coating products range.
This role offers an exciting chance to evolve and grow in a dynamic environment where passion and innovation are key.
How you will make an impact:
• Work on the development of advanced materials and formulations for industrial and commercial use.
• Design and execute laboratory experiments to test the performance of coating materials.
• Analyze and interpret experimental results.
• Build and share knowledge about coatings.
• Maintain and communicate results through written and verbal reports.
• Ensure compliance with regional EU and national quality standards and safety norms.
• Independently make decisions on problems and methodology issues and secure necessary resources.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with raw material suppliers, staying updated on their latest market innovations to acquire information for product development and maintenance.
• Work with suppliers and customers to improve final product performance when necessary.
• Cooperate with colleagues and functions within the company and external parties.
• Support the countries/regions sales force in developing valuable products and providing customized paint system information/test results.
What You'll Bring:
• High secondary school or University Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proactive approach.
• Proven experience in R&D Lab.
• Able to work optimally with all levels of sales, marketing, management, and customers.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and balance multiple activities.
• Moderate proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Good computer skills (familiarity with Microsoft and other software).
