**About the Role**
As an S&P Analytics & Automation Manager at Uber, you’ll play a key role in executing strategy and boosting operational efficiency. By managing project workflows, coordinating data analysis, and automating processes, you’ll directly impact the experience of over 30,000 small and medium-sized restaurants across Mexico. This role is vital in ensuring smooth communication within the team and across departments—supporting informed decision-making and project success.
**What You’ll Do**
- Analyze data to uncover insights and identify opportunities that support business planning and drive growth for Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs).
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide visibility into business performance.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with teams such as Commercial, Consumer Growth, Merchant Operations, and Earner & Marketplace to achieve strategic objectives.
- Develop strategic presentations and reports for stakeholders and senior leadership, showcasing project outcomes, segment performance, and growth opportunities.
- Automate manual processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and operational workflows across the team.
**What You’ll Need**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles; strategy and planning, automation and analytics, operations, etc.
- Strong strategic thinking and business analysis skills
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Python for data analysis and automation
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to independently solve problems and learn quickly
- Comfort working with large datasets and turning complex data into actionable insights
- English proficiency
**Bonus Points**
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual presentation
- Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Looker Studio
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript
- A track record of solving complex problems and driving process improvements
- Awareness of current trends and technologies in data analytics and automation
