He/she is accountable to support sites in order to maintain MPRII best standards in planning and execution (result and process KPI) and he/she is referent for supply chain master data business rules. Responsibilities will include: *Process/KPI/standard/procedure: o Define, implement and manage the LG&I process, standard, procedure and Key Performance Indicator (process and result) for each process  Demand  Internal Supply and What If  Central planning is the owner for the following process  Demand Review  Internal Supply Process  What If process  For the other Supply Chain processes which are under site responsibility for planning and execution  Responsible for governance and adherence to standards  Support Production site to create/implement local standard, procedure, KPI and tool *ERP solution  Contribute to ERP and tools evolution *Human resources: o In order to improve the global coordination and the maturity of the planning group, manage the community for the different processes and monitor the global action plan o Ensure the global competencies of the community in collaboration with Human resources *Others: o Regarding the mapping of industrial footprint, the candidate will have to travel to the different site **Job Requirements** Hard skills: • Good judgment in identifying issues and recommending solutions. • Autonomy and good reporting capability • MRP2 knowledge and APICS CPIM certification with 5 to 8 year experience • Good knowledge of business process and systems (SAP, IBP) • Project Management Soft skills: • Analytic and rigorous approach • Proactivity • Experience in interacting with all levels of management • Communication skills, Team work • Transversal and intercultural management practice • English current **Company Information** Safran is an international high-technology group, operating in the aviation (propulsion, equipment and interiors), defense and space markets.
