职责描述：

基于DTP渠道市场动态及政策环境洞察，有效规划布局DTP渠道，最大化业务机会高效执行市场部的活动及项目，包括不仅限于：药师培训、患者教育、患者生态圈项目等及时向市场部反馈市场动态及活动项目进展，为市场部提供有价值的建议与信息；定期拜访重点DTP客户，定期进行业务回顾及分析，促进活动及项目高效执行；主动协调内外部资源，建立DTP生态圈闭环模式，以实现业务目标发现并总结客户优秀经验，并将优秀经验进行模式进行区域推广确保日常工作全部遵循公司政策、行业准则及合规要求上级经理指派的其他各项工作

任职资格

教育：大学本科以上学历，有一定零售渠道的管理经验，有DTP渠道经验更佳；较强的业务数据敏感度与分析能力；高效的跨部门沟通、计划、组织及问题解决能力；有三年及以上医药行业市场推广、销售等相关岗位工作经验执行能力强，优秀的团队合作精神
