Job Description We are seeking a highly professional and discreet Butler to provide personalized, high-quality service in a private luxury setting. The ideal candidate will be experienced in hospitality, have excellent attention to detail, and uphold the highest standards of etiquette, service, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:Greet and serve principals, guests, or VIP clients in a polite, efficient, and respectful manner.Coordinate daily houses operations, including staff supervision when required.Set and serve formal and informal meals, including table setting and wine service.Pack and unpack for travel; care for wardrobes, including laundry and shoe polishing.Oversee and manage houses inventories, supplies, and shopping request.Assist with travel arrangements, event planning, and logistics.Maintain cleanliness and order in principal areas; liaise with housekeeping staff.Provide concierge-level services including reservations, errands, and scheduling.Uphold a high standard of discretion and confidentiality at all times.Collaborate effortlessly with colleagues across departments, ensuring seamless service and a unified guest experience.
Qualifications:Proven experience as a Butler, personal assistant, or in a similar hospitality role.Training from a formal butler school or background in luxury hospitality preferred.Strong knowledge of etiquette, formal service, wine, and fine dining.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Fluent in English, Spanish and other languages would be considered.Genuine passion for providing exceptional service, striving to create memorable and personalized experiences.Thrive in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly multitasking while maintaining an unwavering focus on professionalism.Exceptional communication skills allow you to build strong, lasting relationships.Naturally intuitive, anticipating needs and always staying one step ahead to exceed expectations.
