Job Description

OVERVIEW/BASIC FUNCTION:

The Cluster Digital Marketing Manager for Rosewood Red Sea and Rosewood Amaala, located along Saudi Arabia’s pristine west coast, is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth across both properties. This role leverages digital channels, data analytics, and innovative campaigns to position the resorts as premier ultra-luxury destinations, aligning with Rosewood’s global standards and both resorts vision of holistic wellness, sustainability, and regenerative tourism. Reporting to the Cluster Director Communications, the Cluster Digital Marketing Manager will lead digital initiatives to enhance online presence and support business objectives in one of the world’s most exclusive luxury markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, email, social media, display advertising) to achieve a minimum of 12% year-over-year increase in direct bookings and website traffic for both properties. Create and manage targeted digital campaigns that reflect the cultural heritage of the Red Sea region and Amaala’s wellness-focused vision, ensuring alignment with Rosewood’s ultra-luxury brand standards. Collaborate with sales, PR, and creative teams to integrate digital marketing efforts with resort-wide promotional initiatives and ensure a cohesive brand narrative. Manage digital marketing budgets, optimizing spend on paid media, partnerships, and technology to maximize ROI while maintaining cost efficiency. Implement sustainable digital practices, such as energy-efficient platforms and eco-conscious campaigns, in alignment with Amaala’s commitment to environmental stewardship. Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and CRM systems to track campaign performance, analyze guest behavior, and optimize digital strategies for enhanced engagement. Oversee website content and functionality for both properties, ensuring a seamless user experience, mobile optimization, and compliance with Rosewood’s brand guidelines. Coordinate with external partners, including digital agencies and technology providers, to execute campaigns and implement innovative marketing tools. Ensure compliance with local regulations, data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and Rosewood’s global standards in all digital marketing activities. Drive continuous improvement by monitoring digital trends, competitor strategies, and guest feedback to refine campaigns and enhance online performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field; certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.

·       Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role within a luxury hotel, resort, or wellness-focused brand.

·       Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

·       Strong understanding of luxury travel, wellness, and lifestyle digital trends, with a passion for creating innovative and culturally relevant online experiences.

·       Experience implementing sustainable digital practices, such as eco-friendly campaigns or platforms, preferably in luxury or environmentally sensitive destinations.

·       Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Cloud, SEMrush) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage campaigns and analyze performance.

·       Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is a plus
