In this role, the RVO Support Engineer I will be responsible for Tier 1 activities related to the support of the Worldwide Centralized Engineering Infrastructure in the local Cloud Hosting center and remote support of other Cloud Hosting centers. Tier 1 is the first-line support that handles basic issues and activities such as systems deployment, resolution of support requests and assisting more senior personnel.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Actively participates in a variety of activities of the daily operation, by providing Tier 1 support with assistance as required; Participates in the execution of low-complexity internal tasks and duties; Participates in the execution of low to medium-complexity fixing following detailed standards; Participates and observes interactions and fixing with internal and external customers; Examples of activities: Deployment of systems in a virtual environment; Resolution of support requests in a virtual environment, including support for Emerson applications and products such as DeltaV, Syncade, Mimic and Project Data Lin;Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience level in a related field; 0-2 years of experience in: VMware vSphere and VCenter; MS Windows server OS; Knowledge of: VMware Operations Manager; Dell blade and rack systems; Datacenter Operations; ISO 27001 Information Security Management System; Experience using MS SharePoint and MS Teams; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
