RUST Developer
Job Title: Rust Engineer
Job Description

An innovative automotive software company is seeking a talented Rust Engineer to create, maintain, support, and enhance complex embedded platforms. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working on cutting-edge Connected products and supporting next-generation multimedia systems for in-vehicle entertainment.

ResponsibilitiesContribute to the full software development lifecycle.Write maintainable, extensible, and tested code while adhering to coding standards.Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility.Continuously integrate and deliver software components into a fully functional system.Facilitate end-to-end user testing with customers.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.Collaborate closely with product owners to shape and deliver features to customers.Essential SkillsProficiency in Rust programming language.Experience in end-to-end testing, coding, and debugging.Familiarity with embedded platform development and microservices architecture.3+ years of software engineering experience.Hands-on experience in deploying Rust applications to production or providing support for Rust applications.Knowledge of modern software development practices, including CI/CD.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented, agile environment.Capacity to learn and apply new technologies, programming practices, patterns, and methods.Basic understanding of modern architectures and related competencies.Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to find agreeable solutions.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to develop healthy working relationships.Integrity and high standards in work quality.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work environment, requiring three days per week onsite.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
