Expected Key Results Activities (Detailed KPIs) Customer Acquisition Distribution Sale of third party products Overall responsibility for the unbanked village program from retailer onboarding to training to sales output Manage promoter hiring, productivity and output Execute Program GTM and implement the same effectively Meet or exceed defined sales performance metrics in terms of customer acquisition, Throughput & Distribution Respond to a wide variety of queries from field & provide solution in coordination with backend teams Monitor the business progress in assigned region & take corrective measures Establish short and long-term business goals and strategies Accountable for continuous and regular tracking and reporting of program effectiveness Recommend various measures to meet and maximise targets

6+ years of Sales management experience in modern trade/running promoter programs in FMCG, Telecom. Experience of channel & distribution management with demonstrated new sales track record Ability to travel as required meeting team and department goals Cross functional relationship management Results Orientated with Analytical thinking Excellent communication skills (oral/written) Multitasking and time management Team player
