Run Lead

Position Summary

As a Run Lead, you will join an elite Team of fitness professionals who are responsible for creating and delivering fun and engaging social runs. The Run lead is a leader who connects with, inspires, and motivates participants at every stage in their running journey.                                                                                                                  

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Plans running routes in advance of meetings     Meets and greets runners, introducing new participants to the group    Directs new participants to fill out an online waiver         Introduces the route, the workout, and how members can measure their intensity to achieve best results               Makes sure that no one is alone during the workout, pair people up or establish pace groups so that all levels feel a part of the groupDesigns run to match the appropriate social run format, and create an exciting run experience for participants of all levelsThanks the participants, invites their feedback and welcomes them back after a workout            Promotes run and shares social run photos on Social Media        Communicates effectively by promptly replying to emails and phone messages

Position Requirements

HS Graduate or Equivalent5+ years experience in runningExperience with developing and implementing social eventsStrong presentation and communication skillsCPR/AED Certification required (within 6 months of hire)

Preferred Requirements

Certification preferred in USA Track & Field (USATF), Road Runners Club of America (RRCA), and/or United Endurance Sports Coaching Academy (UESCA)

PayThis is an hourly position with wages starting at $17.25 and pays up to $20.50, based on experience and qualifications.
