Purpose of Role: The Rubber Layer will be manually laying rubber on to Weir product by hand. This is a labor intensive role and will require frequent lifting of 50lbs. This is a unionized role.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Product: Prepare tanks, pipes, and other equipment for application of rubber lining after the sandblasting operation has been completedRubber Lining: Manually apply rubber to interior surfaces by following instructions, drawings and sketches providedMaterial Handling:  Loading, unloading, and handling of material within the facility as required using overhead crane, forklift, etc. (mechanical & manually handling)Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Prior experience in a production/construction/industrial environment is preferredAbility to follow direction and instructionsPunctual and a team player
