About the role:
\n\n\n\nWorking\nas part of the RTR team, the role will provide support to the operational team and\nthe business partners within Americas region from the share service in San Jose\nCosta Rica.
\n\n\n\nHe/she\nwill be responsible for keeping the quality of the information, follow ups and\nreport to the RTR Manager.
\n\n\n\nAlso\nresponsible for identification and implementation of process improvements\nthroughout when possible.
\n\n\n\nThe\nposition has a strong exposure within the group as this is related with the\nCFOs
\n\n\n\nKnowledge\nin SAP/CREST is a plus.
\n\n\n\nKey\nResponsibilities
\n\n\n\nSupervises the accomplishment of specific RTR indicators.Oversees that all Accounting processes are in accordance with company\npolicies procedures and IFRS. Reviews accounting items.Reviews reconciliations, accounting entries and other accounting\nprocesses performed by the staff.Keeps confidentiality of information, and be responsible of managing\ncorrectly confidential information, using proper labeling when necessary. Performs other duties and work on special projects as assigned.Ensures the\nexecution of daily performance dialogues in his/her team KPI Reporting to\nManagement and Business Partners. Responsible for process\ncoordination with the countries.Develops and maintains a productive\nworking relationship with team members.Ensures\nAudit and Corporate Compliance of processes assigned to his/her team\nmust have excellent communication skills.Ensures that any follow up will be\ncomplete as required by the CFO and RTR Management.Ensures\ndaily resource planning (capacity management)People\ndevelopment through active leadership\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDesiredQualifications & Skills:
\n\nBachelor´s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.\n3-5 years of experience in related positions\n\nExperience in accounting processes.
\n\nKnowledge of SAP/Crest desirable\nAdvance English\nAdvanced Microsoft office\nWilling to learn and or preferred with leadership skills.\nExcellent communication skills.\n\nSkills:
