RTR/OTC Transformation Manager

The **Intercompany Process Transformation Manager** plays a critical role in driving process excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement within the shared services organization. This role supports the development, implementation, and optimization of intercompany processes, working closely with global process owners, leads, and business stakeholders.
A key focus is to ensure alignment with global standards, facilitate the transition to future-state service models, and contribute to major ERP transformation initiatives, such as SAP S/4HANA. The role enables consistency, efficiency, and performance through strong process governance, stakeholder engagement, and project support.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Assists in the development and implementation of intercompany processes and ensures effective collaboration across departments.
+ Works closely with the Intercompany Lead, Global Process Owner, and key stakeholders to support the design of future-state processes, service models, and performance metrics.
+ Helps maintain process documentation and supports the consistent application of global standards and policies.
+ Contributes to SAP S/4HANA and other ERP implementation efforts by gathering business requirements and supporting the development of optimized intercompany process solutions.
+ Supports the execution of projects by tracking progress, managing deliverables, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
+ Participates in workshops and working sessions with global teams to support alignment, communication, and process adoption.
+ Assists in monitoring process performance, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing opportunities for improvement.
+ Provides day-to-day guidance to process users and shares expertise to strengthen process understanding and execution across the organization.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree required; other advanced degree preferred.
+ 5–7 years of proven experience leading process excellence or transformation initiatives, ideally within a shared services or global operations environment.
+ Global exposure and a demonstrated ability to navigate cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
+ Track record of fostering a business-enabling mindset while promoting a mission-driven culture.
+ Strong ability to drive innovation, streamline operations, and deliver measurable efficiencies across diverse teams.
+ Certifications in Six Sigma and/or PMP are a strong advantage.
