Key Responsibilities: + Work closely with operational team to drive the improvements thru coordination and direct implementation + Work closely with business intelligence team to build and maintain analysis using PowerBI and other tools + Reviewing addressing errors, including incorrect WoW and other process issues or automation potential + Monthly SLA review and reporting + Access approval for RTR team + Monitoring and reviewing backlogs and escalations + Conducting and supporting trainings + Participating in the pending projects Working for Coty means joining a company in which we believe in equality and inclusion for all, we stand in solidarity with those who fight for freedom, justice, and equal rights, regardless of who you are or who you love.
