Responsibilities:

Development and Governance of standard and efficient RtR (Record to Report) processes in area of: General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Reporting, Intercompany and bankingAdministration of Cadency Application for all 3 modules: Certification (Account Reconciliation), Journal Entry posting & Close, including but not limited to: user, account and task maintenance; account balance loads; account risk rating evaluation; status reporting; maintenance of relevant SOX controls; yearly schedule preparation; data storage control; periods opening and management, support in system upgrades and cooperation with application provider and ITIdentifying process improvements and supporting successful process changesSupporting process standardization and automation initiatives  Supporting RtR Global Process and Transformation Manager in the execution of global strategy, including Cadency expansion  Designing processes in accordance to US GAAP, local legislation and SOX frameBack-up for Cadency Administrator in area of Certification, Journal Entries and Close.

Requirements:

5 years professional experience in RtR/finance area.Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance application management in Finance and/or ITFluent English language speakerMS Office knowledge, especially Excel and VBAAbility to summarize the outcomes into Presentation (Power Point) and through graphs techniquesSAP knowledge
