Your tasks and Responsibilities:
Execute Accounting Operations (including closing and reporting) timely and qualitativelyInteract with key business functions like Controlling, Procurement, Product Supply, Legal, and Financial Accounting to ensure proper accounting practices;Ensure operational effectiveness of the internal control system relevant to Financial Statements preparation and presentation;Contribute to global and local initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures;Support optimization projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency;Conduct training activities and identify training needs within the team.
Who You Are:
Very good knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/MSR/Ustawa o rachunkowosci)English language skills (min B2)German language skills (min B2)Knowledge of the "Intercompany" transactionExperience (min 5 years) in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Controlling or relevant experience & demonstrated understanding of external reporting / auditingAbility to swiftly understand and adjust posting logic as needed for regulatory changes
Beneficial:
Experience with Capex4IT or Finance leaseBasic knowledge of the principles of consolidating financial reportsKnowledge of SAP
