Our client is seeking a Sr. Scrum Master - RTC & Rally. The ideal candidate has Agile experience and technical skills with IBM RTC and Rally. In this role, you will be training and coaching Scrum Masters on IBM RTC and how to utilize the tool, do querying, generate reporting, and pull information and data into tools.

Top Skills:

Agile experienceIBM RTC AND Rally experience- Delivery side but needs the technical side when it comes to these tools, able to create queriesEnterprise experience - enterprise demand and what's needed to do that role on a larger scaleExperience coaching and training

Preferences:

Broadcom Rally Software experience- Delivery side but needs the technical side when it comes to these toolsSmart Comm engagement as a Project Manager/Analyst or with experience working on an implementationSPC level of scaled agile - certification in SPCPMP or a start in project management
