RSV Marketing Manager

This role is hybrid, with a mix of remote work and on-site collaboration at our Canadian office. This is a key marketing leadership role responsible for leading strategies and commercial execution within the RSV therapeutic area. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand growth and engagement in a highly dynamic market. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical, and global counterparts, to ensure alignment and effective execution. Your expertise will enable impactful campaigns, optimized customer engagement, and measurable business results. How We Work As an RSV Marketing Manager, you will work in a collaborative environment that supports your professional growth by providing: Opportunities to lead the development and execution of local marketing plans aligned with global strategy Cross-functional collaboration with sales, medical, and global teams to drive commercial success Exposure to innovative digital solutions and omnichannel marketing approaches Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Leading the development of local marketing strategies and plans to support product launches and portfolio growth Collaborating cross-functionally to implement strategies that optimize brand performance Ownership of marketing materials and campaigns tailored to healthcare providers and patients Conducting market research and gathering insights to identify new business opportunities Building strong relationships with global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure alignment Ensuring all marketing activities adhere to promotion and marketing codes and compliance standards Planning and directing annual operating budgets to maximize both short- and long-term profitability Supporting sales force engagement to ensure understanding, belief, and motivation regarding brand strategy and growth drivers Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, science, or a related field Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing Experience in developing brand strategies and leading cross-functional initiatives Experience with financial budgeting and forecasting Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree or MBA Direct sales and leadership experience in the Vaccines and/or Specialty pharmaceutical market Deep understanding of Canadian healthcare systems, institutional stakeholders, and evolving account dynamics Strong presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration across internal teams and external partners Advanced degree (MBA or relevant) Experience in respiratory or vaccine marketing Familiarity with Canadian healthcare regulations and compliance standards Demonstrated success in developing omnichannel marketing campaigns Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive and independent problem-solving mindset within a fast-paced environment.
