RRP Digital Marketing and eCommerce Manager
In close cooperation with the Digital and eCommerce Manager, you will develop and implement a digital marketing strategy for RRP (reduced-risk products) and ensure the integration and cooperation of all digital touchpoints in order to effectively reach and attract consumers via the web. To do so, you will be responsible for the pro-active implementation and localization of global digital solutions, as well as the creation of local solutions.
Position:
As the RRP Digital Marketing and eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for:
Strategy:- Implement RRP digital marketing strategy, translating goals into measurable KPIs.
- Execute online campaigns (SEO, SMM, contextual ads, social media, email marketing and others) and set up reporting tools to assess effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed. Ecommerce:
- Manage RRP online store and platforms (Telegram, Marketplaces, and others), ensuring operational efficiency, content updates, pricing, and promotions.
- Optimize UX and UI and coordinate logistics for timely order fulfillment. Performance:
- Analyze data from digital platforms (Google Analytics, social networks, CRM) to track user behavior, conversions, and sales.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize user journeys and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor reviews of JTI as a company and JTI RRP products on the Internet and develop a web reputation strategy. Digital content management:
- Develop a content strategy with the RRP Manager, creating blog, social media, and email content.
- Work with creative teams on visuals and maintain a promotional calendar with the RRP Brand Manager. Operational:
- Plan and revise RRP digital marketing budget, optimizing ad costs and ROI.
- Manage agency and platform relationships.
- Oversee SEO/SEM (Google Ads, Yandex), and implement loyalty programs while handling customer feedback to improve service quality.
Requirements:
A university degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a Tech-related field At least five years of experience as a Digital/E-commerce Manager in international or large local companies Fluency in spoken and written English A basic understanding of software development and support processes Strong teamwork skills, including the ability to collaborate with remote teams Proficiency in data analysis and creative problem-solving, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects Proficiency in Windows applications; familiarity with Adobe software and third-party CRM systems is a plus.
