RRP Digital Business Solution Manager 

 

The RRP Digital Business Solution Manager position exists to completely manage, maintain and/or implement new business solutions in Digital Ecosystem, including the global DES as well as local touchpoints like 121 application, Brand Ambassador and Connexus. The position act as a communication bridge between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and successful delivery.

 

 

Key Objectives:

Develop, maintain and implement business solutions for consumer facing touchpoints Understand the business needs with translating them into technical aciton points Identify and mitigate risks before the implementation Monitor and report on architecture landscape

 

 

Key responsibilities:

 

SOLUTION DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT

 - Gather customer business, functional and technical requirements

 - Creation and development of digital products and local processes that aim to increase efficiency, improve customer experience                                                                                    

 

TESTING AND IMPLEMENTATION

 - Coordinate and supervise the testing activities (E2E, UAT)

 - Plan and execute the implementation activities (deployment, configuration, migration or training of the local power users                                                                                     

                                                                                                                                             

MARKET ANALYSIS AND STRATEGY

 - Actively present and improve the current solution by a local trend

 - Conduct market research, and analyze economic indicators to identify new business opportunities

 - Inform and participate in strategic decision-making sessions                                                        

                                                                                                                                             

TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT

 - Perform presentations and demonstrations of new initiatives with clear business objectives to non-technical audience

 - Supporting the local and global S&O team with issue definition and bug fixing

                                                                                                                                             

FOSTER COLLABORATION

 - Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing & Sales) and external partners (digital agencies) to ensure alignment and success.

 - Maintain regular communication with JTI RRP Team members and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to company standards and processes.

 - Partner with the local retail team to create a synergy between online and offline channels, driving omnichannel customer experience.                                                                                               

 

 

Requirements:

 

University Degree - Bachelor's degree in IT, Math sciences, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) 1-2 years of experience in IT and product testing (preferred) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively Strategy and planning Strong business acumen, process improvement and problem-solving Technical communication and collaboration Familiarity with Agile methodology One Team spirit and teamworking Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Italian is a plus
