RPM Data Coordinator

What this job involves – The Relocation Project Management (RPM) Data Coordinator  uses CAD and Google Docs to provide support to the Space management organization. The Data Coordinator holds responsibility to ensure all current drawings and systems are maintained, relevant space reports are generated regularly and serves as the central point of contact regarding the spatial data within a campus/zone. 

The RPM Data Coordinator will audit multiple commercial buildings on a monthly cadence.  They will work with the local RPM Space Management team to ensure accuracy of floor plans.  They will receive and process client requests, assist in entering and processing information as part of the project/account project/account issue tracking resolution.  

What is your day to day?  

Edits floor plans using computer-assisted design/drafting (AutoCAD) software

Communicates with End users, Project Management, Space Planning and Move Management for CAD needs

Use Google sheets to update trackers and analysis audits on Space planning data

Proactively monitors space allocation data and changes

Audit buildings on a monthly cadence (vacancy, furniture, signage, and floor plan discrepancies)

Updates the floor plan system to reflect current furniture layouts and maintain accuracy of spatial data

Managing issues and replying to ticket work orders regarding audits (floor plan updates, facility and furniture coordination)

Ensure tickets are handled in a timely manner to meet KPI requirements 

Coordinate with local RPM Space Management and Facility teams to verify audits

Coordinate with stakeholders to verify seat identification updates

Desired experience and technical skills:

Space planning experience is a plus. 

Detail oriented for capturing data of Spaces and occupants to update floorplans

Space Data Analysis experience is a plus

Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel & CAFM software

Understands standards and guidelines for procedures, documentation, project systems organization, and introducing new technology

Excellent Communications written and verbal for onsite and virtual client interactions

Excellent organization and documentation experience required

Google Suite (Sheets and Docs)

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level internal & external clients 

Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed 

Consistently meets deadlines and completes tasks as previously defined

 

Preferred:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field required and minimum of 1 - 3 years’ work experience in architecture, facilities management or real estate field 

Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently 

Organizational & detailed-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage differing needs of the business. 

Estimated total compensation for this position:

64,400.00 – 84,700.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
