**Job responsibilities:**
+ Analyze and optimize complex business processes across multiple teams.
+ Identifying RPA opportunities that improve cross-functional workflows.
+ Design, develop, test and deploy scalable automation solutions in UiPath and other frameworks, integrating external technologies as needed.
+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, reviewing code to enforce best practices.
+ Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation solutions.
+ Troubleshoot advanced technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and enhance tools to prevent recurring problems.
+ Use programming languages (e.g., Java, JS, C#, Python) to develop solutions for complex business needs across departments.
+ Actively participate in the engineering community, staying informed about new technologies and best practices.
+ Champion the adoption of new technologies and methodologies within the organization, driving innovation and improving automation capabilities.
+ Design and implement automated decision analytics to replace manual business processes, supporting data-driven decision-making.
+ Implement and configure new technology rules and processes to meet strategic business objectives.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.
+ Provide guidance to junior engineers, supporting their professional development and helping them navigate technical challenges.
+ Continuously improve automation processes by identifying areas of improvement and recommending new solutions.
+ Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and regulatory standards, while optimizing efficiency and minimizing risks.
+ Participate in the development and adherence to coding best practices, ensuring consistency, quality, and maintainability across the team.
+ Promoting coding standards and methodologies.
**Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of experience with RPA technology and frameworks
+ 5+ years of experience using modern RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, AA, etc.)
+ Advanced skills in automation and scripting development (Java, Python, C#, NET)
+ Expertise with VBA, Excel macros, and advanced Excel features
+ Proficient in SQL, data structures (XML, JSON, etc.), and related database technologies
+ Extensive experience with reporting tools like Elastic and Kibana
+ Strong understanding of RPA architecture, data architecture, and application architecture
+ Ability to manage multiple projects, balancing business and technical requirements
+ In-depth knowledge of security and compliance standards for automation solutions
+ Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and guide them technically
+ Strong written communication skills, able to clearly document technical solutions, write emails, and produce reports for internal and external stakeholders
+ Ability to present technical work and automation solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, including business leadership
+ Strong business communication skills, ensuring alignment of automation initiatives with business goals and objectives
+ Ability to manage larger-scale projects effectively, focusing on cost and resource optimization
+ Skilled in presenting complex solutions to non-technical audiences
+ Actively explores new technology trends in RPA
