We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer with strong experience in Automation Anywhere. The candidate should have a strong background in developing and implementing RPA solutions on Automation Anywhere and should be passionate about exploring new RPA platforms to drive innovation and efficiency within our organization. + Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using RPA Automation Anywhere. + Serve as a solution architect to design and implement scalable RPA solutions that align with business objectives. + Continuously explore and evaluate new RPA platforms and tools to enhance the organization's automation capabilities. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements along with Business Analyst and ensure proper documentation of processes. + Create and maintain documentation related to RPA solutions, including process design documents, solution design documents, and involve in test plans. + Provide training and support to stakeholders (Internal & External) on RPA tools and best practices. + Mentor and guide the internal RPA team, monitor their performance, and provide support to ensure successful outcomes. + Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. + Manage client expectations by communicating project progress/ status, addressing concerns/ escalation, and ensuring satisfactory customers with RPA solutions. + Contribute to the maintenance of RPA governance and standards. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. + Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in developing RPA solutions using RPA Automation Anywhere. + Must have Advanced/Master Certification. + Strong understanding of RPA concepts, RPA life cycle, tools, and best practices. + Proficiency in RPA Automation or Automation Anywhere (A360) development. + Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Experience with exploring and evaluating new RPA platforms and tools is highly desirable. + Strong knowledge of different types of OCR available in AA. Hands-on experience in PDF/ Image/ Excel/ Email automation and Web/ windows applications automation. + Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and database (MS SQL Server) is a plus. + Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
