With our support, Publicis Groupe agencies continue to create and deliver award-winning campaigns for their clients. **Overview** **Job Description** RPA Developer + UI Path / Microsoft Power Automate Experience: **3+ Years of SW Development & min.2 year of RPA /Power automation** Preferred Location: **Gurgaon, Haryana, India** The project would give an excellent platform to work as a pioneer in developing RPA Based Automation solutions using UiPath and Power automation for various use cases related to IT and applications. Objective is to transform the current people-intensive, manual process Model to an agile, technology-enabled and automated operational model. Candidate would get to work closely with multiple IT Support Teams, to understand current Ways of Working, accessing & executing operational procedures for doing day-to-day support work, resolving tickets etc. The aim should be to enforce standardization in their processes, prioritize and implement RPA with the workforce transformation agenda for Client Operations using tools like Power automate, UIPath, Python & .Net Framework . We are looking for candidates with a genuine interest in RPA technology using UiPath and/or Power Automate, good designing concepts, must be hands-on with programming/scripting languages like Python & should have worked on software development projects. This role demands positive mind-set, hands on delivery experience, Solution understanding and ability to quickly adapt / learn new technology/domains The role is to help make the business processes more efficient by automating them through various tools. Should have passion to innovate, working in a challenging team environment; have the enthusiasm and ambition to complete projects to the highest standard and want to be part of an organization that puts technology at the heart of everything it does. **Mandatory Technical Skills Required** : UiPath building blocks like Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, Activities, Libraries and Custom Activities. UiPath projects using **ReFramework & Orchestrator Queue** . Utilize advanced features of Power Automate to automate complex business processes and workflows, like Desktop flows, Cloud Flows. Experience in developing & supporting enterprise grade RPA automations. Good Understanding of basic programming skills like variable, arrays, list, dictionaries, queues and functions. 1. Hands-on experience of 2 years on RPA Tool – UiPath and/or Power Automate. 2. SW Development experience in .Net Framework 3. SQL (Relational DBMS Querying) 4. Custom Activity.
