Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Routemen.

As a Routemen at MercyOne, you will be responsible for delivery of clean laundry and the pick up of soiled laundry from various companies.  

Drive assigned truck safely and responsibly.Load, unload, or help to load and unload their truck.  Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations and/or agency rules standards and guidelines while performing these tasks.The Routemen is responsible for reporting issues with the vehicle as well as accidents, traffic violations and damage to the vehicle before and after their route.Main point of contract with the customer and must have excellent customer service skills.

Varied PRN schedule

General Requirements:

CDL Class B preferred but not requiredCurrently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required.One year of documented straight truck experience in the last five years required for Class B positions.Three years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent
