Job Description
Insight Globals client is seeking a Route Sales Representative to join their team in south Florida for a direct hire opportunity. Our client specializes in providing tire repair supplies and is dedicated to providing top-quality products and exceptional service to their customers. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Route Sales Representative to join the team and be the face of our company on the road. As a Route Sales Representative, you will drive a company van to run a daily sales route, service existing customers and establish new customer relationships to grow sales.
Responsibilities include:
Sales and Customer Service
Visit auto shops and service centers to sell tire repair supplies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Identify and establish new customer relationships within the auto industry.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
Product Management
Restock products and ensure inventory levels are maintained.
Check in on shop needs and provide recommendations for product solutions.
Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers.
Communication and Reporting
Communicate effectively with leadership and customers.
Report sales activities and customer feedback to the sales manager.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory.

Skills and Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in a customer facing position. (Hospitality industry, trade jobs, etc.,)
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Knowledge of the auto industry and tire repair supplies. null
