Join our Route Intelligence Center and be at the core of driving volume growth and optimizing cost to serve across our markets. As a Route Engineering Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and implementing intelligent route solutions that directly impact our go-to-market performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams and leveraging advanced route planning technology (Territory Planner), you'll ensure best-in-class service delivery while constantly improving our field execution. 🌍 Your Impact As a Route Planner, your main responsibilities will include: 💻 Designing Route Solutions: Use advanced software to execute route engineering based on business unit requests, in alignment with Route Design Managers (RDMs). 🧩 Driving Process Excellence: Apply the LATAM Gold Standard Route Engineering process to ensure consistent and effective execution. 🔄 Solution Optimization: Adjust and refine route designs based on real-time performance feedback from the field. 📊 Performance Monitoring: Develop and deliver performance tracking reports in collaboration with the SR Coordinator. ♻️ Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of our Strategic Routing initiatives and continuous improvement programs. ⏱ SLA Adherence: Ensure timely delivery and alignment with service level agreements on all assigned projects. Qualifications 🔎 What We’re Looking For 🎓 Education Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related disciplines) 💼 Experience & Skills Fluent in English (written and spoken) Proficient in Excel.
