Responsibilities Join Our Team as a Route Planner Location: Ciudad de México | Modality: Hybrid (2–3 days on-site per week) Supporting Operations in the United States The Opportunity Are you passionate about data, optimization, and solving real-world logistics challenges? This is your chance to join a high-impact team that supports route strategy and transformation for one of the world’s most recognized companies. As a Route Planner within our Route Intelligence Center, you’ll play a key role in enabling volume growth and improving cost-to-serve across the U.S. market. Based in Ciudad de México and working in hybrid mode, you’ll design and deliver efficient, data-driven routing solutions using advanced platforms like Territory Planner. This is a unique opportunity to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment where your insights and technical skills directly influence field execution and business performance in the U.S. What You'll Do ✔ Design smart routing solutions using Territory Planner, based on requests from U.S. Business Units via Route Design Managers (RDMs). ✔ Ensure quality and consistency by applying the LATAM Gold Standard Route Engineering Process. ✔ Analyze real-world feedback from field teams and adjust routing strategies accordingly. ✔ Collaborate cross-functionally with Service Request Coordinators, Change Managers, and fellow Route Engineers to align on project scope, timing, and performance improvements. ✔ Monitor and report on the delivery and success of implemented solutions. ✔ Support continuous improvement initiatives in Strategic Routing across the region. ✔ Meet or exceed SLAs for every project you touch—your work matters.
